Timeshift for PS3 no spoiler Review Playstation 3.
Old Pc gamers will love this game. As soon as you put the game, Timeshift, in your PS3 or xbox360 you here familiar music sounding a little eerie and futuristic like the Journeyman Project and Journeyman Project Buried in Time, or the old Myst PC games. Timeshift plays in the First person and weapons are easily found and easily managed. The Time Shifting itself is a great feature although it does take some getting used to the controls that feature controls layered within the original control command. Every aspect of the PS3 controller, is utilized in this game so loosen up your hands before you get ready to play. Also, I suggest taking breaks to stretch your hands and fingers a bit during Gameplay.
The graphics are amazing. Sierra did a great job with the little details and the physics of Timeshift. It's great playing a game where shots get through small openings as they would in the real world. Bodies of enemies don't disappear when you turn your back. The AI and smoothness of game play reflect Sierras long time experience in the game software business.
Throughout the game, Timeshift you are contacted about your missions. When something you've done or didn't do changes the sequence of events, your mission changes as well.
The Pre-gaming setup options are great, such as choosing whether or not you automatically are using the new weapon you picked up or do you want to continue using the one you have until you choose to use it. This option is great especially if you are in a heated battle and don't have time get familiar with the new weapons control. All in all this is a good game.
Recommendation; Definitely rent it. Good Purchase if you like FPS games.
